Are there surgical options besides a lift or reduction that can improve the appearance of my scrotum?

So I dislike the look of my scrotum. One testicle is higher than the other, they're too far apart and there's too much skin and wrinkles I have had an orchiopexy at 6 years old I don't know if that matters. So my questions are: Is there a way to resolve all these issues? such has Can I move my testicles to the same height? can I make my scrotum tighter and higher? Is it possible to solve the wrinkles and can I remove the excess skin?

No energy based technology (such as laser, ultherapy, radio frequency) is powerful enough to address the asymmetry you describe. Fortunately, scrotal surgery is easily performed under local anesthesia and leaves little scarring due to the nature of the skin in the area.

In your question, you ask if there is something other than surgery that you can do to address the asymmetry, or, one testicle being higher than the other. There is really not any treatment that will accomplish this for you and your goals would be best addressed with a scrotoplasty which removes some of the scrotal tissue. The orchipexy from when you were a child is certainly something you would want to discuss with your surgeon as there may be scar tissue or changes in your anatomy that influence the final treatment plan but your stated goals are very often achievable with a scrotoplasty.

Wrinkles in the scrotum can be improved by injection of fillers and excess skin of the scrotum can be removed by plastic surgical removal of the skin.
It is not abnormal to have one testis higher than the other and correction is not required, but if it is a real concern of yours then the easiest way to change the level of the testis is by modifying the scrotal skin by filler injection or by plastic surgical modification of the skin.
