I was wondering if I could have a penis enlargement surgery?

HiI was wondering if i could haveva total penectomy and have it replaced entirely with a synthetic penis.

It is not possible to create a completely synthetic and functional penis at this time. We recommend perhaps considering penile enhancement procedures that work with what you've already got. There are several options available.  From least to most invasive, options include PRP/PRF shots, penile fillers, fat grafting, and a Penuma graft.  A penile prosthesis/implant is typically only utilized if there is significant erectile dysfunction that is unresponsive to other treatment modalities, Peyronie’s Disease, or a buried penis.
