PMMA: Is BellaFill or LinneaSafe harder in terms of consistency?

In 2019: I got a Penile Girth Enhancement with PMMA, Today many many offices do it with BellaFill, mine was done with LinneaSafe. Good Result! BUT Before - in 2018: I got Penile Fat Transfer for girth. This was a fail. Everything dissolved while one area remained as a very squishy fat-spot. In this area NEVER any Pmma settled. Now 6 years later I want to try to install in this area now Pmma - since I believe maybe less fat-cells are left. To make sure that area will be (finally) covered by hard-product I wanted to ask which product is harder. Also I believe maybe (?) less fat-cells are left, and the area is just without pmma in the meantime does it make sense to use shockwave some months before/Kybella to dissolve fat from a former fat graft?
