Question

Recently, two doctors have confirmed my penis qualifies as micro :( It's affected my confidence greatly - want to understand what my options are, if any, to enlarge it.

Hello, penile length should be taken while in an erect state and it is an issue if you are not able to perform sexually due to the size. If you are concerned for cosmetic reasons, we have some very good treatments to increase girth. The simplest is to use PRP and fillers to add girth under the skin. By adding some weight to the penis, it will hang lower and appear to be longer as well. The erect length will not change with this procedure. PRP injection such as the P-Shot combined with use of a pump may produce some natural growth. A physical implant would be the last resort because there could be long term complications.

Thank you for your question and photos.  The best procedure would involve liposuction of the suprapubic region (area above penis) with fat transfer into the penis.  This combination will help prevent the penis from retracting while providing more girth and the illusion of more length.

The functional and visual length of your penis are compromised because it is hidden behind the excess fat and skin above it as well as because a lot of the shaft is hidden behind the pubic bone.  To lengthen your penis, the following can be done:
1.  The fat and excess overhanging skin can be pulled back and reduced by minor plastic surgery;
2. The suspensory ligaments holding back your penis behind the pubic bone can be divided and the penis can be pulled forward thus increasing the functional and visual length of the penis.
