S47 year old female 30 pounds overweight Had neck lift surgery 8 months ago, wore compression 4 months post op. Double Chin And Loose Skin are smaller but still there. If I Have lipo skin will sag more or have lipo and skin removed

Thank you for your question. You may be a good candidate for facial liposuction to remove excess fat from the neck and skin and address your double chin concerns. You may need to combine that procedure with a skin tightening treatment like RF microneedling to produce the best possible results.
