Can I get Sylfirm X if I have a titanium clip marker from breast biopsy 7 years go?

I had a breast biopsy done 7 years ago and the surgeon said the placed a clip where they removed a tissue as a marker to how future doctors we had tested the lump bd it was benign. Can I get radio frequency don on my face?

Radio frequency energy can heat up metal implants in the body and there is a risk of causing internal burns. RF can also interfere with electronics, so caution is always advised when considering RF treatments in patients with metal implants and it should not be used in people with pacemakers. Having said that, SylfirmX uses bipolar delivery of the RF energy. This means the energy flows in through one needle and immediately leaves the body through an adjacent needle. This is in contrast to monopolar devices, where the energy has to flow through the body and leave through a grounding pad. SylfirmX also delivers the energy in short bursts rather than a continuous flow that would cause heat to build up in the implants. I do not see the titanium clip in your breast as an issue with the SylfirmX treatment.
