I have booked series of five Sylfirm X appointments for my face. I would like to know pros and cons of using it on my eyelids for its tightening effects.

SylfirmX has a 0.3mm needle depth setting. The needle tip just barely penetrates the surface of the skin enough to reach the basement membrane but not anywhere near deep enough to penetrate through the eyelid. Because this is radiofrequency and not a laser, you do not even need eye shields if you are careful. It works very well on the eyelids!

I concur with my college Dr. Song. The construction of these needles and the fact that they are uninsulated makes the difference with respects safety and overall results. Find a provider near you. Hope this helps. JB
