What are the pros & cons of using Sylfirm X on my eyelids (for tightening)?

Yes it treats laxity and pigment and so much more, because of how the needles are engineered and gold plated. It can even treat active acne and scarring. Look into this technology and the needles it uses. Hope this is helpful. JB
