The answer to your question depends on how happy you are with your results. I love Sylfirm radiofreq. microneedling with exosomes and was the second provider on the east coast. We have been getting excellent results from everything from melasma, pore, acne scarring redness, vascular lesions ect....

If you had surgery over a year ago this procedure is safe, gentle and effective thanks to its dual pulsed mode. Go to a provider with experience with the device and you will see a noticeble difference. Hope this was helpful. JB
