Mole reduction but not removal? (photos)

Question

hi there. I have a raised Mole on my right breast. I like the mark itself, but it's growing three dimensionally. I just want it to be less raised. I'm not worried about it being cancerous, I have several like this and they have been checked. I don't want to remove the mole completely and am not concerned about regrowth if treatment isn't very expensive. Is there a way I can just flatten the mole with a laser or something?

Moles will regrow if you decide to partially remove them. If you are concerned please have it completely removed by a cosmetic dermatologist.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Shaving the mole at the base would flatten it out.  However, keep in mind that if this technique is used it would negate the pathologist from being able to classify the mole if it were to come back as melanoma as this type of skin cancer is staged by depth.
