Blood filled mole. Should I drain it?

The mole on my neck was pinched today. It hurt and I expected it to bleed, but instead it just filled up with blood. Should I drain it? It's tender and quite swollen with blood.

Hi & thank you for your question. I do not suggest draining  this mole yourself. I recommend seeing a dermatologist to evaluate the area and  possibly treat. Best of luck.
