I removed two really small moles on my chin (around 2mm in diameter at most) using castor oil and baking soda. Within the first week, scabs formed and by the next week they had fallen off and were very red and dry. Now a month later, they are pink with no scabs and I've been applying Nivea creme to them every night. One has a small crater, and the other is still very slightly raised. How much longer until they heal up completely? Will they ever look normal again?

I have seen and treated many of these garlic burn scars. I would first apply Ceralase cream to the wound followed by Melarase creams to help even out the color difference. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
Cosmetic moles can be removed with minimal scarring in many cases. I would suggest a consultation to go over cost of removal, anesthesia, and need for a biopsy. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
Non-surgical mole removal is an excellent choice for benign raised moles on the face. I would consider Hyfrecation as an excellent first step. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
