Is it possible to contour an apple shape figure into a more proportional one?

While it is impossible to say if liposuction can help you without seeing any photos or meeting you in person, in general liposuction can re-sculpt apple-shaped bodies to some degree. It is important, though, to be realistic about your expectations as liposuction can only remove excess fat, not change the underlying musculature. Please consult a board-certified dermatologist to be evaluated for liposculpture. It is also used to etch or define the muscles and normal anatomy to enhance the results. I use a specialized technique to remove the deeper fat areas and sculpt the superficial fat, so that one can achieve the goal of having not only a flatter stomach but also a more defined and curvaceous body if wanted. Congratulations on losing so much weight. Yes, you should be able to see some really nice improvements in a patient with an 80-pounds weight loos.
