Without a series of photographs it is difficult to offer definite advice, but if your skin demonstrated laxity prior to liposuction it may be soft and mushy after liposuction due to its inability to "shrink" to your smaller size.  Voice your concerns to your surgeon, they can offer you the best advice.  

6 months post-lipo you are likely to have largely recovered from most side effects. Sounds like you are experiencing excess abdominal laxity and some unevenness.
