Post Liposuction fibromas. What can I do to remove them?

I had a lipo 7 years ago, since I was not very fat and had a lot of muscle tissue in my belly, the Doctor overused the Cannula and it formed many fibroides in my waist and I still feel like if I had a permanent tight coarse belt. What can I do to remove this Fibroides?
