Am I a good candidate for a botox brow lift? (Photos)

There is not "botox lift", you can get botox at periorbital area but being so young you'll get a minimal (if any) lift effect, and this effect would last 5-6 months, no more. Fillers only fill, do not produce lifts.My advice is you get a brow lift, but now now... you are too young and likely with a self - esteem issue temporarily ongoing, there is no reason for you to get a brow lift.

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. It can involve either the Botox muscle relaxation effects and/or the filler effect of lifting specific areas.Your face and brow should be examined in person to determine your specific treatment plans. Great question. You can achieve a good outcome with botox injections.  This is done by injecting certain muscles in your forehead or around the eyes to make your eyebrows relax and open up.  The response depends on your anatomy and musculature.  Try to find someone that can give you reasonable expectations. 

Thanks for your question and photos.  Allow me to give you my thoughts for patients similar to yourself whom I see in my office.First, I have never seen any patient in my practice unhappy to have received too much lateral brow elevation from botox or Xeomin since the effect is subtle and often very nice.  At most your outer brow may elevate 2-4 mm.Second, it appears in your photos that the angles of your jaws are prominent and this often can be reduced by Xeomin injection into the masseter muscle if confirmed to be hypertrophic.Third, I'm guessing that you've had your lips injected and if not swollen from recent injection I would recommend more conservative injection the next time.Fourth, subtle cheek enhancement with filler would provide some aesthetic improvement IMO.You will enjoy the video link above detailing some of the multiple non-surgical tools available to enhance facial shaping and contour.  Regards,
