I had a full anchor lift august 2020. I went from a deflated 36B to a 400cc hp memory gel. I still have excess sagging underneath my breasts and when I lift my arms I feel like my implants are too high because between the incision line and implant it pulls and flattens. I really don’t want to cut more than necessary to correct. Would exchanging from 400 to 550 fill out more? I’m 5’7 150 broad shoulders. I feel like 400 are too narrow for my chest.
Answer: Repeat lift In your side views, you can see your implants are higher on the chest wall and the breasts are low. This is called a waterfall deformity. You need to move the center mass of the breast tissue higher which will require a repeat lift. Adding larger implants will make the situation worse. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast surgery You can have more skin removed from the lower portion of the breasts. I would need to measure your nipple location but it looks right to me.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear eramey77, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Going Bigger Good morning, I agree with your assessment- your lower poles are not filled out, and a larger implant will really help fill out your chest and give you a much better result. I think 550-600cc is perfectly appropriate to achieve your goals!

Answer: Revision Thank you for the question and photos and your implants are sitting high relative to the natural probably due to some scar contracture. So get your records and preop photos and go on some consultations with experts and compare recommendations after a full examination and discussion of desired results Dr Corbin
