Can a breast revision & exchange be done using the same initial surgery incisions?

I’m looking into getting my breast implants exchanged and would like them placed lower, as they’re high profile and I wanted Mid profile. When doing a breast implant exchange and revision can the procedure be done through the original periareolar incisions or are more incisions required?
