Why do I look pregnant after TT & lipo in March 2021? (Photo)

I had a me, TT & lipo batteries n flanks back in March 2021. After the procedure my tummy was flat. I watch what & how i eat. Now my tummy pops out like if I'm going to have a baby. N my tummy is very hard especially when I eat... It breaks me so bad.

The photo suggests that either abdominal wall correction failed or there is visceral fat causing the look.  Visceral fat is the fat that is behind the muscle wall and around the organs.  It is not correctable with liposuction or a tummy tuck.  The only way to address it is through weight loss.  I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation and discussion of your result.

One of two things happened. Or both. Your muscle repair may have stretched out. The other possibility is that you have stored more fat inside the abdomen following your surgery. Even five pound weight gain could do that

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

The bulging abdomen is related to obesity which is causing an increase in visceral or intra-abdominal fat.

Without seeing before and after pictures it’s difficult to make an assessment but weight loss is the only way to get a better looking abdomen. My best guess is you have gained weight since the procedure.

Weight loss will get you a flat abdomen.
