Answer: Revision surgery Dear Dazzling235632, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: A revision can be done followed by scar laser treatments to reduce appearance of scarring Abdominoplasty scars can be quite complex, ranging from the simple hypertrophic scar to a multiplane inflamed keloid. Pigmentation, discoloration, chronic inflammation, scar visibility can all occur in the short term. We begin each treatment with combination therapy using Yellow broadband BBL, Vbeam, fractional erbium, intralesional IIT, and scar modulation. Start with a combination of Plato's Scar Serum massaged twice daily after one week of epithelialization followed by Luminase/Exfolase. Scar consultation and revision may be recommended. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Wanting revision The best place to begin is a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if you are a good candidate for the procedures you mentioned. From the photos submitted it appears you would benefit from a lift. The tummy tuck and liposuction would require more photos or an in person evaluation.

Answer: Revision procedures There is potential for improvement if you’re willing to redo the procedures. Even if your tummy tuck is redone you will still end up with a long scar. Weight loss may be a prerequisite before having an impactful revision especially of the tummy tuck. Liposuction with a BBL sound like reasonable approaches. If you opt for Liposuction I would highly encourage treating the entire torso including your full back and under arm areas. these are not always included and leaving fat on the upper back and under arms (armpit) can create a wedge or masculine appearance on some people. Finding the most experienced and talented provider is the most important variable. Vett plastic surgeons thoroughly by having multiple in person consultations. Avoid providers with any significant number of justified negative reviews on the various physician review websites. Consultations should be fairly thorough since there is a lot to review in your case. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
