I’ve always disliked my smile. It’s very narrow, small, asymmetrical, and I feel like the corners are downturned. Is there any way to improve it?

First of all, you have a beautiful smile but if you are not happy with the slight downturn corners, injecting a small amount of botox to the depressor muscles can certainly relax the position of your corners. You may be able to achieve a more neutral position of the corners of your smile with botox.
