Will the Covid-19 booster cause Botox immunity?

I am not aware of any interaction between the Covid booster and Botox (or Xeomin). Having the Covid booster should not cause Botox immunity.

While there is information learned about Covid every day, at this time there is no known association between the vaccine booster and neuromodulator (Botox, Dysport, etc) immunity. You should be fine to proceed with your treatment as it's currently scheduled.

Hello and thank you for your question. As of today, there are no documented cases of cross-immunity between the COVID 19 vaccine and Neurotoxin injections like Botox or Xeomin. That being said, out of an abundance of caution, it is probably a good idea to wait at least 2 weeks after your COVID vaccine before undergoing any cosmetic procedure with Neurotoxins. Since your Botox appointment will be 3 weeks after receiving the COVID 19 vaccine, you should be ok. I would however consult with your medical provider who is performing the procedure just to be certain. Best of luck :-)

Botox immunity is rare ( unless you are getting constant large doses of it ).
