The Botox will gradually wear off. This is an area of constant motion which is in your favor which my speed its metabolism. Unfortunately, there is no antidote but hang in there and it will eventually return to normal.

With using photos only and not a personal evaluation, this is my best estimate of the situation: One side is treated more and creating a heavy upper lip, while the other side appears to be stronger and pulling to that side. All in all, both sides must be treated to prevent unopposed pulling toward the side of the stronger muscle. I would be hesitant to add more Botox to that stronger muscle, for fear of making both sides that heavy. I would recommend muscle exercises of "big smiles" and "pursing the lips to whistle or to drink out of a straw. I am hoping that will strengthen the muscle that appears to be sagging and contributing to the asymmetric smile. After that, tincture of time. I know it is hard to wait, but Botox has it's time limitations and this will resolve.
