I underwent a rhinoplasty over a year ago, the doctor said I had a very complicated nose and that when he did the surgery I had hairline fractures on the top of my nose, however he said the surgery went really well. When the cast came off I was really happy with the result. However soon after one of my nostrils drooped and now my nose bends completely to one side. My surgeon said it isn't worth the correction, is he right?
