Right nostril shape is slanted and skinny compared to left nostril shape is wide and open. Left nostril alar rim is higher than the right. Is an alarplasty or injections a good option for correction? Are there any other options? I have added more photos although photos can’t fully show how bad the asymmetry is. The right nostril also is always congested, I have nasal whistling and difficulty breathing.
