For your pictures, it appears, due to your age, genetics, and anatomy, that your back skin re-drapped very nicely. Keep exercising and working out. Your lower Body lift will be wonderful to address the abdominal area but no impact over the back.
Your chest will be Perfect for the chest masculinization removal of saggy skin, reposition of the masculine inframammary fold, reposition of areola and nipple complex over your new inframammary fold in a masculine position and possibly a lateral Torsoplasty which means a Crescent incision just to tighten the area.

Hello, from the photos it does not seem that you have excess skin on the upper back, the truth is that the skin retracted a lot in your case, probably only with the circular abdominoplasty and removing all the excess skin in the lower part of the body is enough.

While there seems to be some minimal excess tissue on this area, I would not recommend performing a formal back lift. The scar will be large for the associated gain in contour. There may be more tissue on an in person exam than the picture would show, however with the amount of skin laxity I can see on the picture I would not recommend a back lift at this time.

Congratulations on your weight loss! From your photos it does not appear you need a back lift. Liposuction can address the contour issues you have on your back. This can be performed at the same time as the procedures for your chest and tummy.
