I’m looking for a doctor who will perform a back lift and arm lift together. I would like this done before I do a MM. Several doctors have suggested a body lift but I don’t know how that takes care of my back. Also, the body lift scar is horrendous to me.

Answer: Considering options Yes, you can consider having a back lift and arm lift together, but the question is really what is best for you. I encourage you to discuss your goals with a board certified plastic surgeon. Together you can select the appropriate procedures and order that best matches your goals.

Answer: Have safe, staged procedures, so you can enjoy the results Thank you for your question. I would first and foremost consult with a board certified plastic surgeon when you are considering so many large procedures on your body. And I would say NO, it is not safe to have a back lift and an arm lift at the same time. The amount of time under general anesthesia would be one factor, but your recovery is the next. So many invasive procedures would cause a high demand on your body during the post operative period and it would be likely you will have wound healing problems or blood clots. Stage your procedures, do the most important thing to you first so you can heal and actually enjoy the result. Be safe!
