I'm 32 years old, male, and going through a bit of a tough time mentally. Anything to boost my image and self-worth is up for consideration. And my eye area has always been a source of great insecurity for me. They always look droopy, tired. My eyebrows are faint, I'm considering microblading for that. And then under my eyes the skin is very thin, but I'm nervous about the idea of fillers. I know it's hard to say definitively but do I look suitable for upper eyelid surgery?

Answer: Blepharoplasty It looks like you would be a great candidate for an upper blepharoplasty. Upper blepharoplasty is a cosmetic surgical procedure that can help to correct excess skin or ptosis (drooping) on the upper eyelid due to aging or genetics. During the procedure, the surgeon will make an incision following the natural crease of the eyelid, removing any excess skin or fat as needed. In some cases, the surgeon may also add fat to restore fullness to the upper eyelid area. The incision is typically well-concealed within the natural crease of the eyelid, which helps to minimize the appearance of scarring after the procedure. Upper blepharoplasty can be a highly effective way to rejuvenate the appearance of the eyes and enhance the overall look of the face, improving both cosmetic and functional issues related to the upper eyelids. However, as with any surgical procedure, it is important to carefully consider the risks and benefits of the procedure before making a decision, and to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can provide you with individualized recommendations based on your specific needs and goals. Best of luck !
