Wrinkly skin on eyelids and dark circles - what procedure(s) can help? (photos)

Thank you for your question and photo. You may benefit from a combination of laser resurfacing and dermal filler injection to rejuvenate the skin around your eyes. Laser resurfacing treatments can improve your skin’s laxity and reduce lines and wrinkles, while dermal filler tear trough injections can improve the appearance of dark circles. While filler treatments are not surgery, they still require a great deal of skill and precision to achieve the best possible results. In my office, we use a micro-cannula to inject this area, which minimizes bruising and swelling and ensures the smoothest outcome.

Accutite can often be used or stronger lasers like erbium or co2 spot treatment can tighten the skin and give very quick improvement in wrinkles and texture. Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photo you have extra saggy skin under and above your eyes. Also you have so many wrinkles in that area. I highly recommend you upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. In addition to these surgeries with the fat injection to your under eye area for the wrinkles and dark circles.
