Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. It appears you have festoons (swollen areas in cheeks) and some hollowed areas. The festoons are tricky to deal with, but by filling in the hollowed spots the cheeks will look better overall. See an oculofacial surgeon for in-person, detailed examination.
