Hollow upper eyelids after lower blepharoplasty? (Photo)

In December 2022 I had a transconjunctival lower Blepharoplasty immediately after surgery my upper eyelids became dark hollowed and sucked in. When i wake up in the morning my upper eyelids are full after 10 minutes pass my upper eyelids hollowed and gaunt. I have never had a problem with my upper eyelids they were always naturally full and hooded. My only concern was to remove lower fat pads from under my eye which was a insecurity for me. I need help to understand how did this happen to me.

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photo you have a droopy eyelid. Only solution is a Eyelid Surgery.filling is not a solution. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best regards!

You would benefit from Blepharoplasty and it's hard to tell looking at the photos but it's possible that you have under eye bags as well. In that case, you also need to be assessed for lower blpeharoplasty

You have asymmetric tarsal platform show (the distance between the lashes and the brow skin). This is typically caused my slight drooping of one eyelid and resultant brow compensation. This can be improved with surgery to raise the droopy eyelid. Best to see an eyelid expert.
