I'll have to undergo a septoplasty due to breathing problems. That won't change my appearance, but I would like it to (crooked nose and bump). This could be 'fixed' with a rhinoplasty. Thing is, I don't what to tell my family, friends and even partner about this part of the procedure. I'm thinking of telling everyone that the changed shape is connected to the breathing problem and make up an excuse (broken nose). I would really appreciate your thoughts on this..
