I had my augmentation done 10/7/2021, 565cc hp silicone over the muscle sientra brand. 2 wks ago i was elbowed in the left breast during some tactical training for work. Initially it felt like i was just going to have a bruise, but 2 days later the left breast became significantly softer then the right. I wass checked out by an NP at the medicssl facility where im training at and was advised it felt like the implant was still in place. Any advice?

If you go with the 335 cc implant, you will probably need the higher profile to fit your breast base better. You might consider going with the size in between those two, around 300 cc's. Maybe go back and try on all 3 sizes again and wear a tight fitting shirt and take photos.
