Blunt force trauma - the left breast became significantly softer than the right. Any advice?

I had my augmentation done 10/7/2021, 565cc hp silicone over the muscle sientra brand. 2 wks ago i was elbowed in the left breast during some tactical training for work. Initially it felt like i was just going to have a bruise, but 2 days later the left breast became significantly softer then the right. I wass checked out by an NP at the medicssl facility where im training at and was advised it felt like the implant was still in place. Any advice?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are concerned, I would suggest you consult your plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Your capsule may have been torn and gave the implant more room to move which would make it softer. However, you might get an ultrasound just to check the implant.

Hello there,
Minor trauma like this can cause swelling which might feel like soft. But better not to ignore because there is possiblity of implant rupture. The only way to know is by imaging process. 
Please visit your treating plastic surgeon and get examined. If there is suspicion the surgeon will guide you for imaging investigations.
