Flexible septum after nose in 2016. Injection of other treatment? (photos)

Before and after nose job in 2016 nose still falls to the both sides when laying down on the side? Can a CT scan show the cause? Is there any injection that could harden my septum, or any other treatment please? Extremely disturbing.. Can not find a good friend\partner..

It appears that is may be possible that your rib graft has changed shaped and may be causing the bumps. You need to be examined to see if the bumps are bony, cartilage or soft tissue. You will more than likely need a revision rhinoplasty to correct it. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
