Is there an alternative to a facelift that would get rid of my turkey neck and make my jaw more feminine?

Trans female here and i did a round of FFS for my jaw and a rhino but still feel like I look like a dude. I’ve been told that I might need a facelift but I’m wondering a) if I can get away with a mini facelift bc im only 41 and b) if there is any non-surgical treatment that work well instead of a facelift bc my scars don’t heal well. From the photo, I feel that there may be some volume loss, possibly atrophy following surgery. I am glad that fat graft improved some of the volume loss, but if this persists after 6-12 months of observation after the most recent fat graft, then you might consider another treatment of fat transfer.
