Facial liposuction or a lower facelift fifteen years after facial fat transfer? (Photos)

About 15 years ago I had fat injection in my face that was not fully successful. Fat was injected in my lower face in addition to my cheeks which has been causing the shape you see in the picture. It keeps increasing if I gain any more weight. Now, I want to get rid of it but not sure which procedure would be best. I received different opinions regarding facial liposuction or lower face lift. Which one would be better?

From the photo, I feel that there may be some volume loss, possibly atrophy following surgery. I am glad that fat graft improved some of the volume loss, but if this persists after 6-12 months of observation after the most recent fat graft, then you might consider another treatment of fat transfer.
