Steroid injections or Accutane for swelling? (Photos)

Based on your photos, I can see that you have oily and porous skin involving your nasal tip, however, most people do not have the same quality of their skin involving the upper bridge. Additionally, you do not appear to have very thick skin. If you had a dorsal hump removed, and if you are seeing widening on your front view, you may be completely healed right now, over 1 year after your surgery. We have seen Accutane cause somebody's nasal tip to narrow a bit, however, we have not seen anybody achieve narrowing in their nasal bridge area with Accutane. Additionally, steroid injections are not a good idea in the upper 1/3 of the nose since they could cause atrophy and indentations of the overlying skin. Since I suspect you may be going down the wrong path, please consider Consulting with another reputable rhinoplasty specialist to see what might be best for you moving forward. I hope this helps.
