I am 15 months post-revision rhinoplasty. My nasal bridge is noticably wider than the tip and has been so for some time. I was instructed to tape the bridge up until now and then recently offered a steroid injection into the bridge and possible rasping later. The final shape of the bridge was apparent a while ago; while the tip continued to develop gradually. Is a steroid injection at 15 months for a wide nasal bridge (both sides) normal practice at this late stage?
