I have to do revision rhinoplasty after 3 months. From 9 months the dr injected filler in my nose

Can wdo revision rhinoplasty if the nose contain permanent filler ? Is doctors nowadays used permanent filler or no not exist anymore ? I don’t trust my doctor first time he told me that it’s permanent filler and i will not beed another But second time when i asked about he told me not permanent it will be absorbed by the body and stimulate collagen Is there a way to know if my nose contain permanent or temporary ?
