Revision rhinoplasty (3rd time). What is the best course of action to achieve my goals? (Photo)

I have had 2 rhinoplasties in Iran. Once in 2017 and once in 2018. My nose is still too large for my face and I have trouble breathing. I want my nose to become smaller to suit my face (especially the tip and middle section) and fix my breathing problems. Please give me advice on what is the best course of actions to achieve my goals. (Male, 25 years old, 70kg, 175cm, thick skin)
