Hi, My previous operation was almost 4 years ago to remove a dorsal hump. What is noticeable now from front and half-side view is excess scar tissue around the mid part of the bridge on one side. Based on diagrams it is the upper lateral cartilage, mainly the middle. Would steroid/cortisone injection help and be low risk, or anything non-surgical/no or low downtime? Also, on the opposite side, the tip drops lower and looks less supported, can amendments be non surgical or low downtime? Thanks
