A few years ago I had neck lift with direct fat removal via incision under chin. I’ve had pain ever since and I think my skin is stuck to the muscle underneath at the deepest part of my neck angle. I now have autoimmune issues so I’m swollen and the swelling is restricted by this adhesion putting pressure around my neck. What can be done, adhesion release? Fat transfer?
