63 year old in good health has had previous coronal brow lift which left a well healed scar across my crown. I was advised against direct forehead reduction surgery because of the previous scar and risk of low blood flow. I also have very think skin on forehead and scalp making me not a good candidate for hair transplant. I have been suggested to undergo fat graft to the forehead and scalp prior to attempting hair transplant but even that has a low success rate and I looking to explore options
