Which procedures would minimize the appearance of a bump on the left side of my nose? (photos)

Hi, i had fibrous tissue removed internally from my left side Its left my nose deformed. It was meant to be very minor to take out the little lumpp i had and now its 3 times as big and hard. It was taken out through my nostril. It was closed surgery. I am massaging but whaat else can i do as its just so very obvious.

The dents that I see are just a place where the nose doesn't have any cartilage backing, so that area can sink in, looking like a dent. Look at that place on other people's noses -- I think you'll see the same thing. Maybe your dents are deeper than someone else's, but it's still normal...
