As far as I can see from your photos I recommend that you have an examination with your surgeon as soon as possible, after a detailed intranasal examination, your surgeon will provide you with the correct information.
It would be better face to face consultation.

It looks more like crusting (boogers) to me than cartilage. Are you able to remove it? What does it feel like? Have a doc take a look and see.

Based on your photos, the most common etiology of what you are seeing would be either inspissated mucus or possibly a nasal septal splint. You would benefit from an examination from your surgeon, or from a local otolaryngologist so you can gain Clarity. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Hello and thank you for your question. Two weeks after surgery it is very normal to be swollen. In regards to your nostril you need an intranasal examination performed by your surgeon. I recommend that you maintain close follow-up with your surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
