I have just had a rhinoplasty done about two and a half weeks ago. Had a look inside my nasal cavity and found a white fan shaped wbite protrusion. Is this an exposed cartilage? And so I need a revision rhinoplasty?

Strongly recommend you wait. I don't really see anything wrong with this nose -- this is very classically what patients are looking for in a rhinoplasty. What I sense is that you are having a hard time adjusting to how it looks on your face because this is different from what you're used to...
This depends too much on how you look and what your goal is. Ear cartilage is, all thinks considered, a small amount of cartilage. If you are just trying to build up a little, then that could be enough, but if you are trying to build up a substnatial amount, most likely it will not be enough...
