Strongly recommend you wait. I don't really see anything wrong with this nose -- this is very classically what patients are looking for in a rhinoplasty. What I sense is that you are having a hard time adjusting to how it looks on your face because this is different from what you're used to seeing. You do not have a lot of nostril show. This is a normal amount. The tip should be above the base of the nostrils.

Hello and thank you for your question. An over rotated tip can be derotated by releasing scar tissue and placing extended spreader graphs. I don’t think I would recommend this for your situation. You have more alar retraction, which would be better treated with extended alar contour grafts. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
