The result of my rhinoplasty left me with one nostril more arched than the other. My surgeon suggested that this can't be improved as an alar rim graft was already inserted to reduce the arch of the nostril. Is it true that it can't be improved? I also have cartilage hanging from one side of my columella which the surgeon has said he will fix.
