Redness, huge pores, fat loss and damaged skin barrier - do I need another face lift or are there other options? (Photos)

Last April 2024 I had a face lift with co2 ablative laser lipo chin . It was all great the first 8 months then things went down hill I went for some polynucleotide Which helped but the thining and barrier and redness continued my surgeon did fat transfer eye area but by January was back bad skin never healing barrier . I’ve tried prp prf . Am I forever disfigured it’s depressing the redness and huge pores and fat loss is depressing tbh I can’t cope it burns still i look disfigured . Forever ruined ? I’ve had a doctor Offerer a full face transfer and another says lift and fat transfer . For now I like to wait and try profilio structura . There no way I can walk around like this my vitd levels iron everything is depleting I take high weekly dose . What can I do because I can’t live another year like this I can’t go outside without being red and burning up the gym I can’t do that as my skin burns

All happening to you: the redness, and burning feeling, the swollen look, etc is due to the infamous fat transfer.

First thing I recomend is not choosing by yourself "from the shelf" the treament sounding to you more suitable or appealing, that's why you ended like this, you'll always find surgeons from the yes-man type.

I think you need an MRI to asses the amount of oily collection after the fat transfer you have there inside, and then a very very very experienced in facelift surgeon may try to remove all of it.
