Please can someone help, I’ve had surgery and I had 475 OVER the muscle, I asked to have under but the surgeon said i had enough tissue to go over the muscle but now my breasts are bright red and have been for months, WITH a low nipple, I’m so upset what is best to fix this?
Answer: Revision? Good evening, Unfortunately you definitely need a lift and you should have your implants replaced under the muscle- a lift and submuscular augmentation was what you needed in the first place!

Answer: Redness This redness may be from stretching your skin so quickly with large implants and you still may develop stretch marks. I recommend using scar products on your skin, like Mederma, to help your skin settle down and fade. No lift was done, so your nipples are still low. Do wear a good supporting bra while you are vertical.

Answer: Red breasts Dear serenxo, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: Persistent Red Breasts Months after Breast Augmentation I don't think anyone can tell you exactly what is going on, but your plastic surgeon can rule out infection, which can cause redness. You can make sure you don't have a seroma by a breast ultrasound. Thin, stretched skin will show increased redness if the blood flow is increased, which it might be secondary to the large stretch forces on the skin from the large implants. There might be an element of venous congestion from the large implants pressing against thin, tight skin. If this is non-infectious, which it probably is, the most constructive option would be to remove these large implants, see if everything settles down to normal, and then proceed with a breast lift and smaller implants. Might also be a good idea to stage the lift and re-augmentation to avoid nipple areola vascular compromise in this case.

Answer: Breast augmentation I'm sorry you are having issues since your breast augmentation. Based on the photos you will have better results if you have the implants placed beneath the muscle and have a lift to correct nipple position. Discuss implant size and style as well to ensure the best implant to fit your goals.
