Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

Absolutely, you can have additional or replacement mesh placed during revisionary breast surgery. This is not uncommon in my practice. See someone experienced with mesh as there is a bit of a learning curve to place
