Hello. I am 5’2” 130 pounds. I have sagging breasts, slightly bigger left breast and defaltion in the upper halfs. The doc recommend anchor lift, high profile round saline, subglandular 290-330CC. I don’t necessarily care about increasing my breast size, but having upper fullness and more perky is my end result. I dont want to look “porn status” or “top heavy” but have nice full breasts that fit my figure. What do you recommend?
Answer: Size I suggest going back to your surgeon and trying on the sizes so you can see what you do like. That range should look good on you.

Answer: Upper pole fulness Based on these photos, I think that high profile implants in that range (or slightly bigger 340-380) would create nice improvement in the upper pole. I would suggest augmentation with different size implants, to correct mild asymmetry and delay breast lift. Sub-glandular vs. sub-muscular implant placement may not create much difference in your case. Good luck.

Answer: BA or breast lift Dear Tough702736, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs. Answer: Will implants alone be enough for upper-pole fullness and perkiness? Or is a lift required? Thanks for posing photos. I recommend larger implants in the 450-550 cc ranges with donut lift. Fees from $6,000-$12,000 ranges. Best to do virtual consults.

Answer: Augmentation mastopexy I feel you would do great with a medium size implant and either a periareolar or a lollipop lift. Definitely NOT and anchor.
